Causing Havoc in the old world since 2506

Records are meant to be broken – Completions

As you know, the league maintains a list of records which some teams are very proud off. Some records fall moments after being set, others withstand the test of time and may never be broken.

Last night saw two of the oldest records tumble. During his match against the Teotigua Predators, the Loren Rangers star thrower Erison Youngwhite managed to complete 7 passes in the game.

This breaks the old record of 6 set by Ben McRaw (formally of RSV) way back in February 2507 against the Middenhein Manhunters.

In addition to this, it takes his total completions this season to 27, breaking the record of 23 he set himself back in the 2506/07 Season!

If that wasn’t enough, these completions moved Youngwhite past the 100 SPP milestone and brings the total number of his HDWSBBL career completions to 92!

This now means that the Loren Rangers are officially the best passing team in the league, having set the records for most completions in a season and a competition (for a team), most completions in a season and a competition (for a player) and most completions in a single game (both team and single).

This may not be the end of the story though. This season, as a team WTF are out performing the Rangers for total Completions for both the Season and in the Open Scramble 2509/10. Both of these existing records are likely to fall soon so it is just a matter of time to see which team does it first!

The Seasons and comps records (if/when they are broken) will be updated at the end of the season when the records are confirmed. There is still time for another team to out-perform him (no matter how unlikely)

  1. Oh Cock. Our current throwers have picked up the pace this season so you never know…

At least Roeder managed to score three Touchdowns last night so he is once again recognised as the top scorer and best overall player in the leagues history!

Behind the times now, Hamish threw 8 vs the Tail Slammers. The record was just not meant to stand!!
