Match Report

The highly anticipated match between the Karond Kar Corsairs and the Preverse Madiens of Torture was a real spectacal. The Murderdoam was packed out as fans of both teams crammed into the rafters.

The game kicked off and the Dark elves soon held the ball. Although the Maidens tried hard to smash their opponent into the ground a long pass and a successful catch saw the Corsairs go ahead 1-0. The scorer Varkon Darkblade, his fifth career touchdown. The game reset and the Maidens had already had enough of the game. They soon tore a deep hole into the Sailors hearts by taking out nearly all of their team before scoring an easy touchdown at the end of the first half.

Damaged but not beaten the Dark Elves lined up whoever was left standing for the second half. A valiant effort by the sailors but it wasn’t enough to keep the Maidens back. After a slog of a half the Maidens walked to the end-zone to score the winner. A tough and exciting game for both teams. This match also marks the end of the Corsairs amazing winning streak. They however remain undeafeted in the league.
