Ragnars Swift Velocity
Ragnar’s Swift Velocity where formed in early 2506 by Ragnar “Da Snotling Stamper†after his former Blood Bowl team, Ragnar’s Marauders, disbanded 3 years earlier. Ragnar set about gathering as many surviving players from the Marauders to reform the team to once again dominate the Blood Bowl world. He eventually tracked down 3 legends from the Marauders who agreed to join up to this venture.
Realising the need for fresh faces on the team Ragnar organised a training Camp to recruit new players to the team. With Ragnar being a Barbarian from the North and having earned his wealth from slaying monsters in Dungeons, the training camp was nothing like what most of the attendees expected. They where greeted with day after day of running, practicing and other Blood Bowl related exercises. One of the more fiendish parts of the camp was to test the player’s level of fitness in which they had to play a game of Blood Bowl lasting 48 hours without any breaks. Not surprisingly, only as handful of people survived to make the team. The training camp quickly picked up the slogan “Join us if you can, survive if we let you!â€
The final piece of the puzzle was the return of Head Coach Gerhard Rockstein who previously led the Maruaders to 5 XBBL Championships. This new team was quickly named Ragnar’s Swift Velocity. This new team quickly picked up what remained of the Marauder fan base (the rest had died in the stadium fire and ensuring Riots). The team made their debut in the HDWSBBL in the very first match in late 2506 against the Highland Nutcrushers.
They went on to win the HDWSBBL Championship Cup that season. Since then their form has suffered but they continue to reach the pinnacle once again.

The Loren Rangers were the first Wood Elf team in HDWSBBL history. They debuted in the inaugral 2506/07 season.
